1.1 Dynamic Testing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd provides Geophysical Survey using Resistivity method. We own and operate the earth resistivity system of testing which uses electrical sounding or commonly called electrical drilling. This system had already been widely used in the advanced counties tike USA for more than 20 years.
2.0 Applications

3.0 Earth Resistivity System
  The Resistivity system uses: -
1) Earth Resistivity Meter Sting R1 is a field data acquisition unit which measures and send electrical current into soil and materials.
2) Swift Automatic smart electrode system is designed for efficient acquisition of large amounts of resistivity data to perform resistivity imaging surveys.
3) Inversion analysts to analyst the data and invert the apparent resistivity into true resistivity image for interpretation. Refer to Figure 1.
4.0 Results of Survey
4.1 Results of survey will show the true resistivity image of the soil. The report will incorporate soil profit maps, cavities, boulders, rocks or whatever materials and etc found in the survey area. Results can be compared with the soil investigation results or typical soft samples obtained and correlated with the SPT (N) values to give indicative soil stiffness and materials. Typical results are shown as below:

5.0 Recognition
5.1 Survey method is recognised and specified in the IEEE standards (Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) - Guide for Measuring Earth resistivity, Ground Impedance and Earth surface Potentials of a Ground System. (ANSI/ IEEE Std 81-1983)
